Official Club News

The Club calendar has been updated with all events for 2017. We have our normal club events plus we have added scheduled releases throughout the southeast. In addition roll practices are available and this year we have roll practice available at Westside Aquatics and the Greenville YMCA. If you need events added to the calendar please contact us anytime.

The main focus of this clinic is to build confidence in reading water and drops. Wilson Creek outside of Lenoir NC hosts a beautiful setting to learn about blind drops and boat scouting rapids. Major skills emphasized in the clinic will be Boofs, Slides, Holes, Drops and Falls. This run is ideal for learning to deal with rocks in narrow and steep creek beds.

This is a two day intensive course of basic medical training for the outdoor adventurer. More info will be posted up shortly. If you spend anytime out doors are in remote areas these skills could be critical in saving your life or the life of a friend. Greg Winch is a highly qualified instructor with vast experience in the medical field as well as an ACA Kayak Instructor. I look forward to taking part in this class
